91Ӱ is prepared to respond to emergencies and urgent situations at all our campuses. Police officers, EMTs, health and counseling experts, student affairs personnel, residential life staff, and other professionals can help with everything from regional emergencies to medical situations to weather alerts.

91Ӱ Alert

Emergency broadcast communication messages 

In case of emergency or urgent situations that require immediate notification, university officials deploy the , which sends emails, voicemails, and text messages to students, faculty, and staff. 91Ӱ ALERT communicates relevant information and, when appropriate, provides critical instructions to those in the affected area(s). Examples of situations range from snowstorms to national emergencies that have a local impact.

PLEASE NOTE: The 91Ӱ ALERT system broadcasts messages to the email addresses and telephone numbers that students, faculty and staff have provided the university. It’s important that the information is accurate and up to date. Students, faculty, and staff can change or update their contact information by logging into the portal at and following the instructions. The information you provide is kept completely confidential and will only be used to provide updates to the 91Ӱ ALERT system.

Contact the 91Ӱ Travel Support Network 24/7 assistance hotline for medical and security assistance and information while outside the U.S. International collect calls are accepted. If you require the immediate services of first responders in your location, you’ll need to know how to contact the police, an ambulance, and/or the fire department.
